Lady Frost broke into the business on the independent scene, working under the "Lady Frost" name early in her career. She built her resume across a wide range of promotions, including WWE, Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling, NWA, CMLL, Chikara, and Shimmer Women Athletes, picking up notable hardware along the way like the CMLL Copa Bicentenario and multiple reigns as WrestlePro Women's Champion. She spent several years as a fixture in AEW, debuting there in late 2020 and becoming a regular presence on Collision through her run with the company. After her AEW deal wrapped up, she moved on as a free agent and quickly landed with Major League Wrestling. She's now competing on the MLW roster, where she's pushing to establish herself as a top contender in the promotion.
