Jacques Rougeau Jr. (June 13, 1960) is a semi-retired French-Canadian professional wrestler from Saint-Sulpice, Quebec, best known for his appearances in the 1980s and 1990s with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) under his own name, and as The Mountie. Among other championship accolades, he was a former WWF Intercontinental Champion and three-time World Tag Team Champion (with Carl Ouellet) in the WWF. Rougeau's 'The Mountie' character is generally regarded as one of the most memorable heels in WWE history.
